Is your property going to be temporarily vacant for a long time? If so, you may qualify for the District's Vacancy Rate. (Vacancy period must be a minumum of four months.)

Leaks that occur on the customer side of the meter are the property owner's responsibility to repair. However, you may be eligible for a one-time partial adjustment to your water bill. Adjustments will be calculated on the difference between the wholesale and retail water rate of the excess (above average) water consumption for the billing period in which the leak occurred.

These Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction have been developed to serve as a baseline for the work delivered to the public by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). 

These Specifications are incorporated by reference into written agreements/contracts between the District and the Contractor, except where amended or replaced with a special revision

The April 1, 2019 Amendments to the 2018 Standard Specifications, as issued by WSDOT and the American Public Works Association (APWA), Washington State Chapter.  Each Amendment contains revisions to the applicable section of the 2018 Standard Specifications.
