After-Hours Drop Box
A secure drop box is located at the southwest corner of the building, near the flagpole.
Please do not leave cash in the drop box.
Auto Pay
Take the worry out of paying your bill.
- Your total bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date.
- You'll still receive your regular bi-monthly bill for your records.
- To enroll, simply submit an Auto Pay Authorization Form with a voided check
Shut-Offs or Water Restoration
Payment and the signed Notice of Water Turn-Off by the property owner or tenant on record must be received by our office before 3:00 PM for same-day water service restoration. If received after 3:00 PM, restoration will occur on the next business day.

Final Shut-Off or Lien Notice Deadline
Past due payments must be received by 4:00 PM on the date listed on your Final Shut-Off or Lien Notice.
If payment is not received by 4:00 PM on the due date, water service will be shut off. A $60 fee will be charged for accounts scheduled for water shut-off.
Using third-party services may cause payment delays, late fees, water shut-offs, or sewer liens - and often adds extra fees.

How Can I Get Help with My Bill?
If payment is not received by 4:00 PM on the due date indicated, water service will be shut off or a property lien will be filed. Additional charges will apply: a $60 fee for accounts scheduled for water shut-off or an $18 lien filing fee. A subsequent $18 fee will also be charged to release the lien.
Water service will not be restored, and property liens will not be released, until the past due balance and all associated fees are paid in full. In addition, the Notice of Water Turn-Off must be signed by the property owner or tenant on record before water service can be restored.

The health and safety of our community is our top priority. During periods of extreme heat, uninterrupted access to water is essential.
When the National Weather Service issues a heat-related alert for our area, Skyway Water & Sewer District can reconnect water service for customers who have been shut off due to non-payment.

Duration:
Service will stay on during the declared heat event and will be turned off again once the alert ends. Regular billing and payment obligations still apply.
