Water Leak Repair Adjustment Request (29 kb • May 12, 2010)
| | Leaks that occur on the customer side of the meter are the property owner's responsibility to repair. However, you may be eligible for a one-time partial adjustment to your water bill. Adjustments will be calculated on the difference between the wholesale and retail water rate of the excess (above average) water consumption for the billing period in which the leak occurred. ***NO FIXTURE LEAKS will be considered*** |

| | Cascade’s Toilet Replacement Program offers businesses and apartment complexes (rental units) a $100 per toilet rebate for the
replacement of old, water guzzling toilets with new, high-efficiency toilets bearing the WaterSense label or a free toilet delivered to the account or a $50 per toilet rebate for the installation of WaterSense labeled toilets in new construction projects. All WaterSense labeled
toilets use a maximum of 1.28 gallons per flush and were tested by independent laboratories to demonstrate reliable performance and water savings. |
